The MSA4000 is a preconfigured, purpose-built IP security platform running Microsoft ISA Server 2006 for medium and medium large business, large branch offices or for providing moderate internal network segmentation. It delivers best-in-class price and performance compared with similar products.

MSA4000 is packed with feature rich security solutions designed to grow with an expanding organization. They are an excellent choice for companies that need robust security, reliability and ease of management from a low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) solution.

The MSA4000 features a backlit LCD panel (40 x 2 character) with an integrated dial control that allows the administrator to configure network parameters and begin securing the network within 15 minutes. The LCD also provides critical information and allows users to install security updates, or change the configuration of the appliance. The MSA4000 can be managed locally via a standard web browser or centrally through Microsoft ISA Server Enterprise Edition.

The MSA4000 is based on a robust Celestix 1U rack hardware platform, producing an extremely fast and efficient appliance with a maximum of 1.64Gbps of firewall throughput and 120 Mbps of 3DES VPN throughput. To achieve such speed, the MSA4000 uses a powerful Intel® Pentium® D Dual-Core class CPU running in excess of 2.8GHz, 2GB of RAM and 80GB of hard drive. The Celestix MSA4000 has six auto-sensing 100/1000 ethernet ports adding a degree of versatility not commonly found in a security appliance.

MSA4000i	For medium business with unrestricted munber of users and 100VPN concurrent users.  Includes Microsoft ISA Server 2006 Workgroup Edition licenses.  Security application includes firewall, VPN and web proxy.  Optional security solutions includes: Websense Web Security, Kaspersky Anti-Virus.  Third party sofware licenses sold seperately.
MSA4000b	For medium business and large branch office with unrestricted number of users and 500 VPN concurrent users.  Includes Microsoft ISA Server 2006 Enterprise Branch Edition licenses.  Requires Microsoft ISA Server 2006 Enterprise Edition for local management.  Security application includes firewall, VPN and web proxy.  Other features include clustering (max. 2), Active/Active network failover and Network Load-balancing.
